Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
However, store credit or exchanges are available within 10 days of purchase with a receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Please note:
All sale items, seasonal merchandise, and special orders are final sale — no returns, store credit, or exchanges will be accepted.
Returns
Our return window is 10 days from the date of purchase. After 10 days, we are unable to offer store credit or exchanges.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items include:
- Sale merchandise
- Seasonal merchandise
- Gift cards
- Monogrammable items
- Custom or special orders
- Preordered items
Returns that are damaged, incomplete, or received after the 10-day window will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed on regular-priced merchandise only, within 10 days of purchase, and with a receipt.
Items must be in the same condition as when purchased.
Pre-Order Items
Items purchased during a pre-order (items not currently in stock) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift Wrapping
We offer complimentary gift wrapping on full-priced items.
If you wish to have a sale item gift wrapped, an additional fee will apply. Just let us know at checkout!
Shipping a Return
To return an eligible item by mail, please ship it to:

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for items valued over $75
- We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit
In-Store Pickup
Items must be picked up within 30 days of purchase.
We are not responsible for items left unclaimed after 30 days.

Thank you so much for shopping with us! Please note that our inventory is shared between our brick-and-mortar store and online shop.
In rare cases, an item purchased online may sell out in-store at the same time. If this happens and we are unable to fulfill your order, we will issue a full refund immediately. We appreciate your understanding and continued support!
